Anti-Scalants

EXAMPLE USES

Dispersants can be applied to a variety of problems including reverse osmosis (Disperse 1), sugar production (Disperse 2) cooling towers and boiler water treatment. They are used, in general, in any system where water circulates such as in inlet water pipes to control bio-fouling, in heat exchangers. In combination with other chemicals, in particular the Amber coagulants, Disperse can be very effective as a corrosion inhibitors. Some dispersants are anti-static agents (Amber 4001) while others are applied to prevent caking (Disperse 32).

All of AQUA+TECH’s dispersants are free of animal products. Disperse 1 is NSF approved for membranes at concentrations up to 13 ppm.

TESTING SERVICE

AQUA+TECH has been recognized internationally for the quality of its R&D as well as business development activities. This includes various awards from the Wall Street Journal Europe for its acrylamide-based polymers.  These molecules are the base of several patents and are based on a very extensive experience in testing. aquaTECH will test your water and develop anti-scalant solutions for your specific needs.

BOILERS

AQUA+TECH has concentrated aquaSPERSE specifically for low-pressure, high-temperature and high-pressure boilers.  As shown below, some of these are very unique solutions which can withstand temperatures as high as 500 C. The aquaMINE series are filming and neutralizing amines. Further information is available on request. AQUA+TECH’s goal is to provide the concentrate and permit a local dilution, providing performance while minimizing transport costs.
